Terms and conditions of sale
Sale of blank paper to consumers in France and the European Union. Version dated 6 September 2026.
Delivery within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Seller and products
ProxyCardStock is operated by ARTJOURNEYAI, a SARL with share capital of 100 €, registered under 941 656 670 RCS Montpellier, with its registered office at 11 allée Roger Salengro, 34800 Clermont-l’Hérault, France. Contact: contact@proxycardstock.com.
The items sold are packs of blank sheets. The product page and selected pack specify the finish, format, paper weight, number of sheets and price. The customer must check that their printer accepts these specifications before purchasing. Any illustrations of finished creations do not represent cards included in the pack.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Delivery costs €5.99 when the item subtotal is below €50 and is free from €50. The total is shown before payment, which is processed securely by Stripe.
The customer selects their packs, checks their cart and enters their delivery details. Final payment confirmation creates an obligation to pay. The order is recorded after payment confirmation and can be viewed in the customer account.
Delivery and availability
Delivery is available in France and the other European Union countries. Orders are limited to available quantities. The customer provides a complete and accurate address and contacts the seller as soon as they notice an error. Details are provided on the Delivery page.
If items become unavailable after payment or the order cannot be fulfilled, the seller informs the customer and offers a refund for the affected items. Consumer rights in the event of late or failed delivery remain applicable.
Withdrawal and returns
The consumer has fourteen days to notify withdrawal, starting on the day after receipt. They may use the online form or send a clear statement by email. They must then return the goods within fourteen days of notification, at their own expense. Refund conditions and the return address are available on the Returns page.
Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods may make the consumer liable for their diminished value. This rule does not remove the right of withdrawal.
Statutory warranties
The consumer benefits from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, independently of any commercial warranty. For a damaged, incorrect or defective product, contact us with the order reference and a description of the problem. The conditions and remedies provided by law remain applicable.
Complaints and applicable law
First send your complaint to contact@proxycardstock.com. Free access to a consumer mediator remains available under the conditions provided by law. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of mandatory provisions and jurisdiction rules applicable to their situation.
