What we use and why

• Account: name, email and authentication information, to sign you in and retrieve your purchases. If you choose Google, Google sends us the information needed for that sign-in.
• Order: cart contents, delivery address, contact details, payment amount and reference, to fulfil and track your order.
• Contact: your contact details and message, so we can reply.
• Security: technical information and logs needed to protect the site and prevent abuse.

This processing is based on performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in securing the service. Required fields are identified in the forms.

Payment and service providers

Bank card details are entered on Stripe. Our application retains payment references and amounts, not your full card number or security code. Vercel, Supabase and Hostinger provide the application hosting, database and email services respectively. Delivery providers receive the information needed to deliver your order.

Some providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Their safeguards and contractual clauses are described in their policies: Vercel, Supabase, Stripe and Hostinger.

Retention

Account and order-tracking data are used throughout the business relationship. Documents required for accounting are retained for ten years. Messages are retained for the time needed to handle the request and, if necessary, defend rights relating to the matter. An erasure request does not remove documents subject to a legal retention obligation.

Cookies and analytics

Session cookies keep you signed in and secure access to your account. Vercel technical and audience statistics help us understand how the site works; we do not send your email or order contents to those tools. The site does not include an advertising pixel.

The functional NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the chosen language for one year. Without a preference, the country provided by our hosting service from the connection IP proposes French or English. You can change the language in the header at any time; this feature does not store your IP address in our application.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us from your account email address; we may ask for the information necessary to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
