Charges known before payment

Shipping starts at €5.90. Some countries (Northern and Eastern Europe, islands) are served by other delivery partners: shipping there is a little higher, and the exact amount always shows before payment.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to pickup points in France and the 26 other European Union countries. Where no pickup point exists (currently Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus and Malta), we deliver to your door, against signature only. Destinations outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, are not offered.

Delivery within 2 to 10 business days

This is the usual transit time, once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, to the chosen pickup point in France or the European Union. In-stock items are handed to the carrier within 3 business days of payment confirmation, and delivery takes place no later than 10 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. For a pre-order, the shipping period shown at checkout applies; delivery takes place no later than 10 business days after the end of that period. Any postponement requires your express agreement, and your statutory rights in case of delay remain applicable.

Your pickup point

You choose it during secure checkout, from your address, among the pickup points of the selected carrier. We email you when the parcel ships and when it is ready to collect, and the tracking stays available in your order. If the parcel returns because it was not collected or the address was wrong, we contact you. Failure to collect does not itself constitute withdrawal. No costs are deducted automatically; your right of withdrawal and refund of the original standard delivery charge remain governed by the terms of sale.
