Changed your mind?
For a distance purchase, you have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to tell us you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. A clear written declaration is sufficient. This right is reserved for consumers.
Send us your request
Use the online withdrawal form or email contact@proxycardstock.com, including your name, order and the items concerned. Keep a copy of your request.
Return and refund
After your declaration, you have 14 days to return the items, at your own expense, to the following address: ARTJOURNEYAI, 11 allée Roger Salengro, 34800 Clermont-l’Hérault, France. We refund you no later than 14 days after your declaration, including the original standard delivery charge, using the payment method used for the order; the refund may be delayed until we receive the items or proof of dispatch. Only diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the paper may justify a proportionate reduction of the refund; it does not remove the right of withdrawal.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. This process is separate from a change of mind and does not limit your legal guarantees.
