A question after receiving your paper? Here is how to contact us and exercise your right to withdraw.
Changed your mind?
For a distance purchase, you generally have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. A clear written declaration is sufficient.
Send us your request
Use the online withdrawal form or email contact@proxycardstock.com, including your name, order and the items concerned. Keep a copy of your request.
Return and refund
After your declaration, you have 14 days to return the items. Contact us for the return address. The refund includes the original standard delivery charge; it may be delayed until we receive the items or proof of dispatch.
An item is damaged or different?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. This process is separate from a change of mind and does not limit your legal guarantees.
