The service
ARTJOURNEYAI provides, free of charge, a customer account and the Proxy Studio workshop, which lays out card images on sheets to print at home. Using the workshop or creating an account means accepting these terms. Purchases of paper are governed by the terms of sale.
Personal use
The workshop is intended for strictly personal, non-commercial use: testing a deck or playing among friends. Sheets printed with it are unofficial copies. They are not valid in tournaments, do not replace authentic cards and must not be sold, traded or presented as authentic. Automated or massive use of the service is forbidden.
Your content
You only import, save or share images and lists that you have the right to use. You remain solely responsible for them and hold us harmless from any third-party claim relating to your content. Without an account, your projects stay in your browser. With an account, the projects and images you save are stored on our servers within the limits shown in the workshop, until you delete them; a shared project can be viewed by anyone who has its link, which you can revoke at any time.
Third-party catalogues and trademarks
Card data and images come from independent third-party services, credited in the workshop. Game names, illustrations and trademarks belong to their owners. ProxyCardStock is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by any game publisher. These terms grant no right over third-party works.
Reporting content
A rights holder or any person who considers that content accessible through the service infringes their rights may write to contact@proxycardstock.com, giving the address of the content, the right relied on and their contact details. We examine every report promptly and remove or disable the content where the report is justified.
Account and suspension
You keep your sign-in details confidential and give accurate information. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, in the event of unlawful use, a justified report, or use that harms the service or third parties; we inform you by email, except where the law prevents it. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
Availability and liability
The workshop is a free service provided as is: it may change, be interrupted for maintenance or stop, and third-party catalogues may become unavailable, without any guarantee of availability or of a particular printed result. Keep a copy of projects that matter to you. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, or the rights consumers hold under mandatory provisions.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. They are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory provisions applicable to their situation.
